What is the minimum quantity order of individually packaged
cigars?
We have a minimum order of 25 individually packaged cigars.
What are your payment terms?
For local clients, we require 50% down payment upon confirmation and
remaining balance upon pick-up/delivery.
Where can I make payment?
We accept local payments via direct deposit at this time.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver your order via LBC or 2Go for an additional fee.
How many letters can I have stamped on the cigar rings?
We can stamp up to 22 letters on three lines in gold leaf.
Can I request a special color for the cigar ring?

How many letters can I have engraved on the narra boxes?
The number of letters you can have engraved depends on the size of
the box. Font color is black. If you have a preference for a
different font, just submit a copy to us. Please

How long does it take to fulfill the order?
How long does it take to fulfill the order?
It takes seven (7) working days to process your order. Delivery time
is not included and is dependant on the shipping location.
